Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to create visually appealing and engaging graphics for a variety of media. The position will involve working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the bank. This position will perform duties in the areas of print design, digital design, photography, social media marketing, and other marketing campaigns.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Work with other departments to understand their needs and create designs that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to ensure that all graphics are consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Create and design a variety of graphics, including logos, brochures, advertisements, website designs, and social media posts.


Minimum Qualifications


  • No criminal record of any kind; Human Resources will complete a thorough background check
  • Ability to work full-time during regular working hours
  • Bachelor's degree in a graphic design or related field
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0


Preferred Qualifications


  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Prior experience preferred, graphic design and photography
  • Proficient in spelling and grammar
  • Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications
Skills


  • Must be familiar with social media and web platforms (Computer Programs/Systems)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
  • Photography (Canon)


Education Required


  • Bachelors or better in Graphic Design or related field
