Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
- Be a team player
- Design award worthy creative that aligns with customer needs and business objectives
- Ensures a full understanding of the creative objectives and needs of internal client groups and customer segments.
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Be at ease with working in a fast-paced environment while always keeping your cool and sense of humor
- Follow, maintain, and help develop the Effectv visual brand language, applying brand guidelines and creativity across a variety of mediums including print, web, presentation, digital, email, social, trade shows and other)
- Participate and collaborate with team members in concept development and design ideation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong layout and typographic skills with a honed eye for photo direction
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- Highly motivated with an insatiable intellectual curiosity
- Bonus Points: Video editing and animation skills (Adobe Premiere), hands on photography experience, Knowledge of UX best practices
- Organized, collaborative, impeccable attention to detail,
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience
- 1-4 years' experience
- Mastery of the industry standard tools – Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint are critical. Knowledge of Wordpress, Splash and/or PHP not required but a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
A digital portfolio is required, applicants that submit without a portfolio will not be considered.

Bachelor's Degree
