Job Description
MIT45 is a rapidly growing Kratom company committed to providing high-quality and reliable Kratom products to the market. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and product innovation has established us as a leading brand in the industry. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
The Graphic Designer's duties include creating design assets for campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand touchpoints. This position will execute and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of our graphic design and digital content requirements. The graphic designer will manage multiple projects at once, collaborate with others on the team and across the organization. As the Graphic Designer at MIT45, you should demonstrate exceptional design abilities, great attention to detail, and a strong sense of brand strategy. Ultimately, a competent graphic designer will be highly connected with the marketing team as a whole, and able to facilitate the creation of effective and engaging content, while maintaining brand consistency and high-level strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages content & file organization, ensuring MIT’s brand is communicated both in words and design.
  • Updates existing design content and assets ensuring workflow from concept to production is efficient and well communicated
  • Stays up to date on all marketing/sales initiatives.
  • Consistently carries MIT45’s brand throughout a wide range of standardized and custom deliverable such as event and marketing materials, email campaigns, website, landing pages, social media posts, videos and animation, and more.
  • Works closely with creative team and management to secure approvals of concepts. Works independently to drive projects from concept to delivery, working independently and on-time.
  • Works with creative team members and key stakeholders in other departments to produce effective content, ensuring all materials consistently adhere to brand standards.
  • Develops concepts, creates original designs, and produces compelling layouts for all kinds of digital and print channels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience conducting industry research.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a graphic design, with strong grasp of design principles (typography, color, layout, composition)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated graphic design skills wit a portfolio of published content.
  • Able to think creatively and proven experience developing new design concepts, graphics, layouts, and branding.
  • 3-5 years experience using content management systems.
