Looking for a part-time graphic designer for packaging design and general graphics with fluent skills in Illustrator and Photoshop to join our growing company! This person would provide essential design support for our consumer packaging across our Beauty & Personal Care portfolio. This new position will primarily support the marketing function and collaborate across teams to execute as needed.

This is a part-time position - approximately 30 hours/week  - but with the opportunity to expand to full-time.

Hybrid work location: partially in office; primarily remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts for consumer packaging and implement design modifications for existing designs for our product portfolio and for digital channels including websites, social, email, promotional and other marketing materials. 
• Stay up-to-date on relevant design and marketing trends to bring creative ideas to the table.
• Work closely with a small team to implement changes or develop concepts in a swift and timely manner.
• Maintain integrity of brand art files via dropbox.
• Serve as quality control on design projects, including proofing to ensure artwork is aligned with brand guidelines.
• Provide assistance to the marketing team with execution and implementation of marketing programs related to brand website and omni-channel efforts.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple assignments at once, while meeting deadlines
• A strong aesthetic point of view while being able to receive and apply feedback
• Ability to originate unique design elements and layouts that align with strategic objectives
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
• 2-3+ years experience as a graphic designer in a professional environment, ideally within an early-stage, growth-oriented company and/or a consumer products company or agency
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Confidence in working both collaboratively and independently
