Graphic Designer (Virtual & Unpaid)

YOU WILL:

• Design company wide campaigns that will be presented on our website, social media platforms and press releases. • Create designs like thumbnails for our YouTube videos, imagery for our newsletters and social media posts and blogs, visual eye-candy for our webinars, and presentations.

• Lead in the visual aspect of our online course imagery and work closely with our UX Designers on layouts and structures.

• Use stock photography of real people to enhance our brand messaging that we serve real, diverse and include all people

• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

• Collaborate with a group of super creative weirdos like Comedy Content Writers, Digital Video Specialists, UX Designers, and Web Developers.

• Have the ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team.

YOU ARE:

• Proficient with using video and photo editing software such as: Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign Final Cut Pro, Avid, Adobe Premier, Adobe Audition, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite 6 or higher, and/or Animoto.

• Someone with strong analytical skills. excellent eye for detail, strong work ethic and personal accountability.

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.

• Passionate about the graphic design field.

• Familiar with Graphic Design Principles, Elements of Design, Color Psychology, and Typography.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized.

• Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities and can handle multiple projects.

• Able to create composite images from stock photos.

• Resourceful and able to come up with creative solutions.

• Excellent in verbal and written communication.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and attend meetings whenever needed and to collaborate with talented teammates.

• Excited to be a part of highly creative team and gain valuable experience with a growing company while working in a professional virtual environment.
