To support our rapid, organic growth, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating and designing marketing materials for both digital and printed use, including website images, ad graphics, print materials, billboards, wholesale materials, etc.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring an excitement for solving complex problems, superb attention to detail, strong communication and relationship-building skills, a growth mindset and proactivity in bringing new and creative approaches to the team.

This full time, hybrid role is based in Lindon, Utah, and will require you to be in our soon-to-be-opened office 2-3 days per week. We consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience, and market data.

What You'll Be Responsible For…

• Creating and designing marketing materials for both digital and print mediums
• Managing a diverse portfolio and handling of tight deadlines, all while adhering to our creative standards and brand consistency
• Working with all relevant stakeholders to identify the needs and requirements of all creative projects
• Collaborating with members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of needed projects
• Working with other designers, copywriters, and marketing personnel to continually refine and elevate design solutions

What Ingredients You'll Bring…

• You have a bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, media, or equivalent experience
• You take intelligent, informed risks and learn from mistakes when you make them
• You have demonstrated experience and enjoy working collaboratively with a team
• You enjoy balancing a variety of tasks simultaneously and have demonstrated the ability to prioritize what's most critical in a fast-moving environment
• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates a wide range of experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically with print design
• Knowledge of and past work experience with Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
• You have a positive, growth-oriented mindset, including willingness to give and receive feedback kindly and generously

• Are already familiar with the Just Ingredients brand and its products, and/or have experience as a graphic designer for a relevant health and wellness brand

• You live in or near Utah County and are willing to work in our new office in Lindon, Utah, 2-3 days each week
