Our client is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join their team on a fully remote basis!

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's visual identity across a diverse range of media. From print collateral to digital ads, your artistic flair will help them communicate effectively and engage their audience.

The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with a passion for designing compelling visual experiences. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, are adept at translating concepts into captivating visual narratives, and possess a keen eye for detail, they want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Design and Conceptualize:

• Develop and maintain multiple visual identities in alignment with organizational brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across different platforms.
• Craft visually stunning materials for a variety of communication media, including direct mail, brochures, publications, infographics, print and digital ads, emails, interactive PDFs, website graphics, and landing pages.

Collaborate and Engage:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, brainstorming solutions and nurturing creative ideas.
• Present innovative design concepts to partners, engaging in productive discussions and incorporating feedback to enhance the final product.

Contribute to Excellence:

• Play an active role in advancing our organization by participating in team initiatives. Contribute to process improvements, aid in the implementation of new project management systems, and support the development of digital asset management solutions.

Qualifications:

• InDesign
• Knowledge of HTML-5 animated digital ad creation, an exciting advantage that adds dynamism to our digital presence.
• Graphic Design
• Familiarity with digital accessibility considerations, reflecting your commitment to inclusive design.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience or a keen interest in crafting video graphics and short promotional videos. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Web Design
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant work experience that showcase your creative prowess.
• After Effects
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities while meeting quick-turn deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, translating your imagination into impactful designs.
