Job Location -Washington, DC Hybrid - Onsite from day one. Need to be local

Responsibilities may include, but shall not be limited

to, the following: design materials for electronic or print media, including brochures, electronic signage, posters, invitations, and other publications, as well as infographics and exhibit-based products; provide production support as part of a design team, using specialized graphics applications and systems and manual design processes; handle multiple projects of small to moderate size and complexity.

The position will focus on providing digital outreach support. The selected candidate shall support team project co-ordination efforts and willingness to participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings. Participate in stakeholder meetings, provide written summaries, and contribute to the production and distribution as needed. Compile and analyze information and develop reports, proposals, or documents as needed. Support event planning and execution as needed.

Excellent oral and written communication skills typically acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

At least five (5) years of experience in design, communications or marketing.

Knowledge in marketing, communications, and public relations.

Experience in developing detailed digital marketing strategies across multiple communications channels.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Familiarization with website content management systems

Inquisitive, with an aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability

Highly motivated, responsibility-seeking, hard-working professional with excellent verbal and writing skills

Must be highly organized, able to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work well in team-oriented environment.

Have administrative skills that emphasize accuracy, organization, and timeliness.

Solid research ability and content design a plus
