Desktop Support Jobs

We are looking for Desktop Support for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Required Skills:

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence product knowledge and communication skills

Make sure the team goals are clear

Delegate responsibility/tasks and set deadlines

Oversee the day-to-day operation/activities for the sites in your region

Monitor team performance

Motivate team members

Listen to team members’ feedback and assist them to resolve any issues or conflicts

Suggest and organize team building activities

Conducting performance reviews
