Detailed Job Description of Onsite Desktop Support Onsite Desktop Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers onsite. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computers, and providing technical support to customers. The Onsite Desktop Support role is also responsible for maintaining and updating customer records, and providing feedback to the customer on the status of their issue. Job Qualifications for Onsite Desktop Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of Mac operating systems
