Overview Executive Desktop Support is a specialized role that provides technical support to executives and other high-level personnel within an organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that the executive's computer systems, networks, and other technology are functioning properly and securely. Detailed Job Description Executive Desktop Support is responsible for providing technical support to executives and other high-level personnel within an organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and other technology. The Executive Desktop Support role is also responsible for maintaining the security of the executive's computer systems and networks, as well as providing training and guidance to executives and other personnel on the use of technology. • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and other technology
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience working with executives and other high-level personnel
• Certification in relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and other technology
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience working with executives and other high-level personnel
Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and other technology
• Maintain the security of the executive's computer systems and networks
• Provide training and guidance to executives and other personnel on the use of technology
• Respond to inquiries from executives and other personnel in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain the executive's computer systems and networks
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed
