Senior Desktop Support Jobs

All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for a Desktop Support Technician in Addison, Texas. Individuals in this role will deliver onsite support services including technical requests, break/fix, software installs, mobile device/desktop/laptop configurations, applications, and network connectivity.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or related field
• Expertise in PC hardware configurations, software installs, networking fundamentals.
• Five years of experience in supporting personal computers and end-users.

Key Skills:

• Strong Personal Computing Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated problem-solving and work prioritization skills. Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of desktop and network operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management.
• Knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware, computer software and basic network support.
• Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
• Minimal Experience with Servers (Windows, Linux) preferred.
