Allied Kitchen & Bath is seeking to add an Assistant to our Kitchen and Bath Design Team. Applicants must have excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail. The successful candidate will support the Design and Sales Team with all project related activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Must have prior experience in the Design Industry
. US Citizen or Current Work Authorization for the USA
. Experience in QuickBooks and BuilderTrend helpful
. Enrollment in or graduate of an Interior Design program a plus
. Great attention to detail
. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
. Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Support the Design & Sales Team will all project-related activities
. Obtain estimates
. Assist Designers by ordering and tracking client selected items
. Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
. Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by reviewing product literature, manuals and manufacturer bulletins.
