- Knowledge of Word and Excel is required.

A minimum of 3 years experience

Experience with surveys, as-built plans, and drafting

You have previous retail facility design experience

Create automotive facility schematic drawings (site plans, floor plans, and elevations) that comply with OEM facility design intent and objectives

Communicate with ChangeUp, our client, owner, and vendors (including educating dealers regarding OEM procedures and programs)

Present creative solutions that adhere to OEM facility design intent

You take direction well and exhibit good time management and communication skills.

Additional modeling/rendering/ programming skills are a plus.

An architectural education is appreciated but by no means required.

You must be fluent in the Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and quick hand sketching.

You are eligible to legally work in the US and can commit to the full duration of your internship.

A proficiency in creating CADs, line sheets and print swatches on Adobe Illustrator

A basic understanding of garment construction and fit analysis

Associates/Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related field

Strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Merchandising or equivalent relevant experience

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator and Photoshop)

CAD skills for detailed sketches using Adobe Illustrator

Basic apparel and fit knowledge

Knowledge of, and experience in design, with a focus on cabinetry and hard finishes

Manages communication with clients, senior designers, procurement and cabinetry specialists, and manufacturers/vendors in a fast-paced team environment

Experienced in high-end client services

Professional and polished communication and customer service skills; in person, on the telephone, or in writing

Provide support for senior designers on all interior selections

1-2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's apparel

Excellent sketching and illustration skills

Good communication and collaboration skills

Assist in the design and development process from concept to final product.

Create detailed sketches, BOMs and technical packs for new product ideas.

Work with the design team to select materials and trims for garments.

What are your salary expectations?

Interior Design: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Working knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation

Interface directly with Internal Workplace Management System for the SPD team (Archibus).

Assists Project Managers and end-users with generating visuals (drawings and diagrams).

Working knowledge of laboratory processes and equipment.

Ability to self-manage and multi-task.

Manage vintage and design library.

Create seasonal product knowledge documents to share with Merchandising and External Partners

Organize and manage trim libraries for easy access / reference.

Working knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.

Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in order to help meet team deadlines

Strong communication and follow-up skills: verbal & handwritten

Must have superior customer service skills

Experience in an Art or Design related field

Experience with Envision a plus

Good computer skills including basic Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Drafting and rendering software skills - AutoCAD, Revit, etc. helpful

Maintain a welcoming environment by greeting customers, answering calls and keeping refreshments stocked

Thorough knowledge of fabrications, silhouettes, color ways, construction techniques, and trim

Good verbal and written communication skills

Support Designer on all design processes as they relate to trend research

Assist in the executing of silhouettes, fit, and styling direction

Shop local NJ and/or NYC markets for design inspiration

Detail-oriented; highly organized, ability to multi-task with effective time management skills and handle competing priorities.

Calendar management to ensure milestones occur in a timely and organized manner.

Act as administrative and creative support for Design Team.

Assist in organizing and meeting set-up including creating meeting materials and documents.

Dress mannequins, pin presentation boards, hang samples and organize sample room.

Knowledge of ARM architecture or x86

Design and debug core-level test bench infrastructure

Design CPU random test generators and/or C++ simulators

Responsible for assembly language test writing and generation, debug failures, evaluate coverage of design

Perform test planning and development
