Strong Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator

High comfort level on Mac OS X

Help conceive, design, develop, test, and launch service experiences, applying systems thinking to experiences that engage people in meaningful ways

Currently in or just graduated from a Masters program in Service Design or Experience Design

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Research, UX Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, Business Design and Value Proposition.

Experience prototyping in and designing with data

Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources

Exploring and developing CAD skills (Prints, Color, Trend reports, Technical flats, Presentation line sheets)

All positions will be based strongly around the following responsibilities (dependent upon the account & team dynamics)

Researching and analyzing trends in Color, Print, Pattern. Stitch, Yarn and Embellishment.

Seasonal Retail Reports (Researching retail and cultural trends, follow up and presentation)

Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals

Strong creative skills and ability to implement feedback

Experience working in Figma is a plus

Experience designing on a grid is a plus

Experience working in Trello is a plus

All internship candidate finalists must complete a skills test.

Responsible for code reviews on behalf of management, in conjunction with the AOR.

Work with EPA, CORE, and Authority of Jurisdiction to manage issues, in conjunction with the Design Management team.

Will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one – three technicians and will perform some technical production.

Provide research regarding the project design, along with applicable code and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate the preparation of schematic, design development, and construction documents and manage construction administration activities for the project.

Manage all administrative tasks related to design for the project.

3. Fine Tuning Steps of process leading to tech pack

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Ability to communicate with different functions (i.e. marketing, product development, engineering)

+1 year of experience directly relating to the role

Associates/Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related field

Strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Merchandising or equivalent relevant experience

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator and Photoshop)

CAD skills for detailed sketches using Adobe Illustrator

Basic apparel and fit knowledge

Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities

Knowledge of, and experience in design, with a focus on cabinetry and hard finishes

Manages communication with clients, senior designers, procurement and cabinetry specialists, and manufacturers/vendors in a fast-paced team environment

Established ability to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced business environment

Experienced in high-end client services

Professional and polished communication and customer service skills; in person, on the telephone, or in writing

Provide support for senior designers on all interior selections

1-2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's apparel

Excellent sketching and illustration skills

Good communication and collaboration skills

Assist in the design and development process from concept to final product.

Create detailed sketches, BOMs and technical packs for new product ideas.

Work with the design team to select materials and trims for garments.

Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and content management systems like WordPress.

Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Utilize your creativity and design skills to develop engaging layouts, graphics, and other visual elements.

Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, imagery, and composition.

Good communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts, receive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.

Conceptual knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial but not required.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user personas

Collaborate with other designers, developers, and product managers

Iterate on designs based on feedback
