You Are:

As the Delivery Manager, you will drive the adoption of well-established delivery plans, standards, processes, best practices, right infrastructure data products to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. You will engage and develop deep business relationships with key client stakeholders and drive through the E2E requirements of the delivery; ensuring customer expectations are met while mitigating delivery risks

The Opportunity:

• Capture long-term business needs and drive the creation of domain-specific and integrated solutions for the client; manage revenue growth, EBITDA growth and margin for client account.
• Serve as an Executive contact for the Client and maintain a strong relationship with client’s (existing & potential) Senior Leadership.
• Analyze and assess the competitive landscape and provide inputs to the Delivery head, Business head, and Executive Management.
• Facilitate account mining & drive revenue growth within the existing accounts.
• Responsible for Talent management in the entire team
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue for UST with rive the revenue growth within the existing accounts
• Ensure client engagements are delivered in a manner that meets /exceeds customer expectations be a role model and promote organization's values & cultures.
• Management of people in Account and delivery management capacities, as well as Technology solutions delivery team.
• Advise and make recommendations to improve processes, systems, and technology.
• Advising, coaching and partnering with cross-functional teams on project delivery, solution development and deployment and revenue generation techniques as needed.
• Work with internal UST partners to understand internal and external business strategy and how we work to achieve our shared goals.

What you need:

• Comfortable with presenting to C-level executives, senior leaders, and technology leaders because you know you are persuasive and influential.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Past experience in Engineering Domain
• At least 7 years of experience in technical and delivery roles
• Ability to handle time pressures and drive to meet production goals
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services
• Deep understanding of technology and business drivers within a Delivery on-site/off-shore model.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: US Remote

Compensation Range: $106,000-$158,000
