Job Description

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing dealer client invoices and entering relevant information into worksheets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to meeting strict timelines.
Qualifications
1+ year of data entry experience or experience working in a dealership service department/automotive industry (preferred but not required)
Strong reading comprehension and pattern recognition skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and comfortable learning new software applications
Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Google tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
Review and translate information from client invoices to Excel
Ensure defined processes and verbal instructions are followed and completed in an efficient manner, with priority items addressed within given timelines
Occasionally make calls to customers
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned or approved by management
