Program Data Analyst

Provide contract and data management support to the Air Forces’ Military Construction (MILCON), Facilities Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), unspecified Minor Construction (UMMC) and Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) programs. Perform a broad range of workflow management, data analyst and financial functions for a variety of design and construction project requirements focused on government contract compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Data Analyst : $65,000 to $75,000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Program Data Analyst Responsibilities Include:

• Interacts with senior government personnel.
• Assists in training standardized reporting requirements, including creating templates and training documents.
• Outlook workflow management, distribute workload where necessary.
• Produces data quality reports in various formats.
• Validates project data and perform updates in various government systems including but not limited, NexGen IT.
• Involved in managing civil engineering taskers.
• Verifies and ensures data integrity by running reports and coordinates with users and government leadership.
• Performs trend analysis.
• Consolidates multiple documents into polished deliverable for government senior leadership.
• Drafts formal memos.
• Performs data entry and analysis.

Program Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
• Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat including form development and maintenance, is desired.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution and 4 years’ experience in executive administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing is a must.
• Knowledge in MILCON and large FSRM is desired.
• Knowledge of the AF Civil Engineering Design and Military Construction Program is desired.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft suite including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skilled with government automated systems including NexGen IT, is desired.
