We''re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst (Remote anywhere in US) at Pitney Bowes,


The wage range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.


You Are


A strong Revenue Operations Analyst who likes solving complex problems using cutting-edge business solutions to support our Global eCommerce Commercial Team. This individual is responsible for providing the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both informative and measurable, enabling effective decision making at all levels of the company and improving our financial performance. This critical position will require you to have extensive knowledge of our products/services, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and the ability to implement against timelines. This is a visible role within senior management for an energetic individual who thrives on intellectual curiosity and has excellent communications skills and can navigate in a fast-paced environment.


This position will report directly to the VP of Revenue Optimization and Yield Management


You Will


  • Contribute to developing a single source of truth data repository for revenue analytics, driving consistency and accuracy in decision-making.
  • Act as a data translator, guide users to understand and apply the single source of truth while building positive relations across Sales and Finance.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Craft and build comprehensive reports and dashboards on contribution margins, pricing, and detailed reviews by client
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction, using data insights to prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead data engineering tasks to handle disparate data sources, managing manual process with a focus on continuous improvement to the single source of truth data repository.


Your Background


As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you have:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Statistical methods and models.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and inspiring change and operational improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau and or Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis, working closely with business stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Economics or Business Data Analytics required. Graduate level preferred.
