- Act as a data translator, guide users to understand and apply the single source of truth while building positive relations across Sales and Finance.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Craft and build comprehensive reports and dashboards on contribution margins, pricing, and detailed reviews by client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction, using data insights to prioritize initiatives.
- Lead data engineering tasks to handle disparate data sources, managing manual process with a focus on continuous improvement to the single source of truth data repository.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Statistical methods and models.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and inspiring change and operational improvement.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau and or Power BI
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis, working closely with business stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Economics or Business Data Analytics required. Graduate level preferred.
