Program Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Outlook workflow management, distribute workload where necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution and 4 years’ experience in executive administrative support.

Assists in training standardized reporting requirements, including creating templates and training documents.

Interviews and adjudicates requests for refugee status to determine benefit eligibility and determine final eligibility to the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program.

Researches immigration laws, policies, and relevant country conditions to analyze testimony, documentation, and credibility to determine eligibility for benefits.

Interpreting and applying immigration laws, policies and procedures as they relate to an individual's eligibility for immigration benefits.

Promote data management plan requirements, creation, and implementation.

Preferred knowledge of disciplines such as refugee housing, legal and medical services for effective data management guidance implementation.

Experience with data management and data quality assurance.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills with minimal supervision.

Attention to detail and excellent time management skills required.

Knowledge of data collection, data management, data analysis and evaluation best practice.

Experience in Salesforce or another client-centered database, including report building, data migration, visualization tools, report running, and dashboard capabilities.

Knowledge of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) funding and related regulations.

Experience working with diverse staff and colleagues

Experience ensuring client and data confidentiality as pertains to vulnerable populations

Communicates with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the RPC

Assists the Case Management team with the completion of case files, sorting mail and documentation, and additional desk duty needs; and,

Salary is commensurate with experience

Completes home safety inspections at the request of the Refugee Resettlement team and/or Program Manager;

Completes clients’ applications for Social Security cards, public benefits, and other applicable registrations within the required timeframe;

Identifies any needs and barriers and communicates follow-up to Case Managers and the Program Manager, as needed;

Provide case management services to clients.

Bachelor’s degree, preferred. College level courses in social sciences, human services, education, or medical field, preferred.

Experience working cross-culturally and with English language learners, preferred.

Bilingual in English/Arabic; knowledge and comfort in mental health and medical terminology, preferred.

First hand cultural knowledge as a member/leader in local immigrant/refugee community in Colorado.
