Manage the requirements change process to ensure traceability and alignment with departmental processes and tools

Experience analyzing user or business requirements and documenting them

Ensure effective communication of business and functional requirements to the project team and stakeholders

Provide quality control review of configurations implemented by others to verify alignment with SOPs and requirements

Highly effective in the use of interviews to uncover fundamental business requirements

Ability to quickly become proficient in new systems, including the ability to represent system capabilities via demonstration

Proven experience collaborating with Fraud, Risk, Compliance Product, and Customer Experience teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer/Data Science, or other related field with a top-tier academic background, or equivalent experience

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

1 - 3 years of post-undergraduate relevant work experience in a highly analytical environment; SaaS, payments, and/or technology industry experience preferred

Knowledge of Excel and data modeling

Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI) strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience with creating reports, dashboards, and summarizing large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions

Experience in project management and bug tracking tools like Jira

Actively engages in risk identification, evaluation, and strategy to create and manage backlog of technical enhancements with the Agile development process.

Hands-on experience of Software Development Life Cycle

Experience in data modelling, performance tuning, and data orchestration

Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy

Experience around cloud solutions, preferably AWS

3 years working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, including experience in soliciting requirements.

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

Two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst in an Enterprise environment.

2 years expereince with ServiceNow, with preference toward specific hands-on knowledge of Performance Analytics dashboard and report development and maintenance work.

Two (2) years of experience developing dashboards using data reporting tools (Tableau, ETL)

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Bridge the gap between information needs of the senior management team and the data collected by the business.

Exceptional analytical, technical, and presentation skills.

2-5 years of experience producing transparent and reproducible analysis.

Formal training and real-world experience using statistical analysis.
