Resettlement Assistant Jobs

Program Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Outlook workflow management, distribute workload where necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution and 4 years’ experience in executive administrative support.

Assists in training standardized reporting requirements, including creating templates and training documents.

Performs data entry and analysis.

Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing is a must.

Provides oversite and management of mentors and program volunteers.

Identifies clients with case management needs and connects them to Refugee Resettlement Services case managers.

Assists participants in developing a deeper understanding of US culture, especially within the education and employment sectors.

Experience in programming for youth

Skill set to handle online data reporting and recordkeeping

Ability to conduct group and one-on-one education and training sessions

Researcher – Refugee Resettlement Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Promote data management plan requirements, creation, and implementation.

Preferred knowledge of disciplines such as refugee housing, legal and medical services for effective data management guidance implementation.

Experience with data management and data quality assurance.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills with minimal supervision.

Attention to detail and excellent time management skills required.

Basic understanding and knowledge of G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office and ability to learn to utilize an internal case management database;

Bachelor’s Degree in education, training, or a related field, or equivalent experience;

Salary is commensurate with experience

Identify needs and barriers and communicate follow-up to case managers and Program Manager, as needed and required;

1 to 2 years’ experience working with refugee populations and/or community services;

Knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices and strengths based case management; and

Salary is commensurate with experience

Identifies needs and barriers and communicate follow-up to Case Managers and Refugee Resettlement Program Manager, as needed and required;

2 years of experience working with refugee populations or direct social services experience;

Working experience with translators during client interviews;

Assists the Case Management team with the completion of case files, sorting mail and documentation, and additional desk duty needs; and,

Salary is commensurate with experience

Completes home safety inspections at the request of the Refugee Resettlement team and/or Program Manager;

Completes clients’ applications for Social Security cards, public benefits, and other applicable registrations within the required timeframe;

Identifies any needs and barriers and communicates follow-up to Case Managers and the Program Manager, as needed;

Some case management or equivalent experience preferred

General office setting. World Relief also offers hybrid and remote schedules for limited positions.
