We have an immediate opening for a Customer Success Consultant working remotely as a member of our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success Team, the CSC is responsible for promoting customer success by providing guidance, training, and support that empowers college-level faculty and administrators to harness the power of our solutions.

The average base salary range for this position is around $55,000- $60,000 annually, however, base salary pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. This information is provided per the New York City Pay Transparency Bill and the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
