- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help shape our product roadmap
- Develop and execute customer success plans to help our customers achieve their goals
- Support the Robo Wunderkind Marketing and Sales team at state and national education events.
- Build strong relationships with our customers and become their trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Provide training and support to customers to help them use our platform effectively
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company and advocate for their needs
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure they are getting value from our platform
- Plan and develop evaluation reports for our customers and present them to their district administrators
- IMPORTANT: Our team has a remote-first policy, but this specific position requires a physical presence in North Carolina.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A background check is a requirement for this position.
- Knowledge of the EdTech industry and market trends is a plus
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- K12 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
- Passion for education and technology
- Experience with digital and/or physical products for children and experience with younger students' education is a plus.
- Readiness to work in the field visiting schools
- Experience with CRM software
- Work remote
