Needing Customer Service (Remote) who loves to have fun booking travel. We are looking for people to become part of our company! Duties include arranging transportation, accommodation, and entertainment for business and individual travelers. You may also specialize by type of travel, such as leisure or business, or by destination. They will also promote travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups. This position is a commission based position.
Roles & Responsibility

• Serve clients by planning and selling domestic and international travel vacations including cruises and land packages
• Prepare and process related trip documents and invoices
• Successfully meet or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients, as well as soliciting new business through referrals and repeat business
• Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience

Skills

• Proven work experience as a travel agent is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
• No Experience Necessary
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to multitask with several websites and programs
• Have effective communication skills, written and oral
