Customer Service Agent/Social Media Assistant

Stienhardt & Stones, a leading lab-grown diamond manufacturer and jewelry company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent/Social Media Assistant. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the frontline representative for our customers, providing excellent service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information regarding our lab-grown diamonds, jewelry collections, order status, and other related topics.
- Utilize your strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with managing and monitoring our company's social media accounts, engaging with our online community, and responding to customer comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging and compelling social media content that aligns with our brand identity and attracts potential customers.
Requirements:
- Fun and outgoing person
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a e-commerce setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and a good understanding of social media management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and challenging
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a plus, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Must be willing and able to commute to our office in New York City on a daily basis. (Monday - Friday 9-5) a hybrid work schedule can be considered after a training period
