As a Social Media/HR at NOW Concepts, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in both social media management and human resources. You will work closely with our team, assisting with various tasks and projects to support our social media presence and HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Social Media:
- Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Creating compelling content, including written posts, images, and videos, to promote our products and services across different platforms.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to contribute innovative ideas to our strategies.
- Assisting in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
- Engaging with our online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
Human Resources:
- Assisting with employee records management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.
- Participating in employee engagement initiatives and assisting with organizing employee events or programs.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as data entry and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Passion for social media and a basic understanding of different platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
