Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Gain hands-on experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, acting as their primary point of contact.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Identify potential brand partnerships and negotiate deals on behalf of our clients.

Provide regular status updates to management and assist in developing sourcing and recruiting strategies

Special projects as directed by Management

Recruit for various types of commercial positions (temporary, contract to hire, direct hire)

Screen and conduct interviews to qualify candidates

Mentor, train, and provide feedback to employees to ensure a successful placement with our clients

Access internal database of candidates to call and qualify applicants for employment and fill open job positions

Capable of handling repetitive job duties with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office

Perform full cycle recruiting duties, to include identifying candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews

Identify opportunities to create automation and process improvements

Assist in creating rosters comprised of candidates selected to start

Support ROC specific on-boarding process for candidates in accordance with company guidelines and compliance procedures

3+ years’ experience in the influencer/talent management industry

Manage with the day-to-day management of a roster of digital talent (particularly from the TikTok platform)

Diary management & proactive outreach for a small but niche roster of talent.

Exceptional skills and knowledge of TikTok

Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously

Help to brainstorm and develop innovative & integrated TikTok marketing strategies that maximise exposure and revenue streams for fashion influencers.

This is currently a REMOTE position with onsite requirements periodically.

Engages other support departments as needed; finance, operations, and other HR strategic partners.

Required Education: BS in HR or business-related field

Preferred Experience: 5+ years generalist HR leadership experience within healthcare.
