Job Description

This role will be working with our client to help with Medicare Advantage inbound member experience issues and some outbound calls.


Location: Remote / work from home

Compensation: $19- $20/ hour depending on exp.

Minimum Requirements:

---> Type 35 words per minute.

—-> High speed internet.

—-> Call center experience a plus.

---> Empathetic and able to deescalate customer complaints.

---> Passionate about Customer Service.

--->Able to work 40/hrs a week between 8AM - 8PM Pacific Time Zone.

---> Have a reliable work from home spot with zero interruptions.

---> Willing to go through 4 weeks of training to learn Medicare. Training is paid.

—-> Schedule is a staggered schedule meaning it’s set a month in advance and could be different depending on company’s needs.

—-> No part-time positions available.
