About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a flexible, adaptable, and high-energy Business Support Associate to join our team. The Business Support Associate has varied analytical, program support, and administrative responsibilities—such as research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and preparing reports and presentations.

The key areas of responsibility are:
-Provide support to the Audacia team, including, but not limited to, data analyses, project management support, and administrative support
-Support the client engagement teams to develop meeting agendas, prepare meeting notes, and document follow-up actions items
-Support the client engagement teams with project management activities such as project plans, team schedules, client follow-up action items, meeting coordination, research and other duties as assigned
-Consolidate data, run data analysis and present data for client deliverables
-Support the client engagement teams to prepare PPT presentations, documents, and other related materials
-Support new initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or related field.
-2+ years of related experience
-Outstanding organizational skills, detail orientation, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects.
-Self-motivated, analytical individual with an attention to detail who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Superior multi-tasking and time-management skills
-Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
-Able to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes
-Solutions-focused with an action-oriented approach
-Attention to detail, problem solver, and self-motivated
-Great communication skills
