What You’ll Be Doing


Growth Creative is an emerging business line within our Growth Media division that optimizes our client’s ad creatives for the specific platforms we’re scoped to buy digital media. As Director of the Growth Creative team, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing this line of business, and team members within this line of business.


Program Development


  • Identifying new tools and technology partners to amplify or innovate our service and output for clients.
  • Primary subject matter expert and driver of service line program development.
  • Identifying new opportunities for products and service lines based on industry trends, client demands, and shifts in consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with Growth Media leadership on division-level initiatives to strengthen synergies between creative and paid media teams.


Serve as Trusted Advisor for Clients


  • Consistently identify and recommend additional areas of opportunity to drive client performance, going above and beyond currently scoped services.
  • Identify any engagements at risk or low client satisfaction, and work with the team to maintain high client retention rates.
  • Act as client sponsor with regularly scheduled service check-ins, as well as facilitating quarterly business reviews with the delivery team.


Operations


  • Manage Growth Creative P&L to optimal performance.
  • Work closely with Growth Media leadership and sales to enable new business capacity.
  • Develop and maintain SOWs, SLAs, and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain and own relationships with key stakeholders within Tinuiti, channel partners, and vendors.
  • Support and participate in new business audits, pitches, and RFPs.


Team Growth and Development


  • Provide mentorship, thought leadership, and support to your team. Be an example of a strong Tinuiti leader who embodies our core values.
  • Regularly conduct 1:1s to support and grow skill sets by owning career pathing initiatives for your team members.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for ongoing education and training.
  • Ensure the team is trained and adhering to best practices, as well as meeting expectations of respective scorecards.

Requirements


  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing, or collaborating with, teams of graphic designers from briefing, QA/feedback, to final delivery.
  • Strong business acumen with advanced understanding of ecommerce principles.
  • Experience leading teams through project management platforms like Wrike, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Media buying experience across digital channels Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, SnapChat, Reddit, LinkedIn.
  • Experience with reporting interfaces like Supermetrics, Motion App, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Track record of supporting teams to drive success across a large portfolio (25+) clients at a time.

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $131,000 - $170,000 plus performance bonus of 10%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).
