Opportunity:

Our client is an exciting and growth-oriented platform in a highly fragmented and economically resilient specialty service sector. They are backed by a highly successful PE group and have completed 22 acquisitions over the past 18 months and have an identified universe of over 100 actionable acquisition targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&A Associate to work alongside the current leadership team and investors to meaningfully scale the business.

Responsibilities:

The Associate (or Sr), Corporate Development will be a part of a small team and will assist the Executive team in designing and executing inorganic growth strategies to support the Company’s objectives.

In this critical role for the company you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Coordinating with the integration department and other departments, as well as external advisors
• Data analysis: Collecting data, designing, and executing analyses, and creating reports and presentations to share insights with leadership
• Preparing internal presentations used to support acquisition recommendations and to communicate with internal constituents
• Financial modeling: Creating and managing complex financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts

Experience & Qualifications:

• At two years of experience working as an analyst within a reputable investment bank, or experience as a financial analyst at a national accounting firm, or as a commercial banking analyst, underwriter, or junior banker at a reputable bank with a rigorous credit training program will also be considered
