Responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and managing data and business information to provide insights that will help an organization, board, and investor understand the company’s strategy and make informed decisions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor media and industry news for topics of relevance to leadership, employees, investors, or board members
• Generate reports and present data-driven insights to decision-makers, such as the top management team, board members, and investor in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization tools and techniques to create charts, graphs, and other visual aids
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis, and incorporate these to ensure the company is always ahead of the curve
• Develop queries, dashboards, and reports using various data analysis tools.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals to develop and implement strategies that will help the organization achieve its objectives, collaborating with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and other departments, such as finance, sales, and operations
• Prepare presentations for executive team particularly BOD and employee meetings, conferences, and other external requirements
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights of internal databases and public resources which can be used to guide strategic planning.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from entry-level staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors (BOD) members
