Contract Customer Experience Order Expeditor

Tea Forté, the global luxury tea brand recognized worldwide as the ultimate tea experience, and a subsidiary of JDE Peets, is seeking a seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Drop Ship Expeditor. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing our daily open order reports and manually fulfilling orders that are not automatically billed or have not shipped from our 3PL warehouse. This position will require communication with various warehouses to obtain shipping updates and communicating with customers about updated estimated shipping dates. Our business spans direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels, each with distinctly different customer experience expectations.

This is a 6 month fully remote contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all orders and customer communications
• Communicate with warehouses to obtain shipping updates and order information
• Update NetSuite/Vendor portals to ensure customers receive shipping confirmation and all relevant data
• Review daily open order reports and manually fulfill orders
• Manage all communication with B2B key accounts regarding order status updates
• Update customer orders and communicate new information with customers

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with using software to manage orders and communicate with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with Ecommerce service related platforms and marketplace channels (Zendesk,Shopify,Amazon)
