E-Learning Designer Jobs

Contract Length: 2.5 months (extendable)

Hours per week: 25-30

Position Summary:

We are looking for an e-Learning designer/developer with extensive experience building complex eLearning solutions containing interactive content, adaptive learning elements, test out components, and high-quality, innovative and intuitive eLearning interface design.

Required Skills:

• 4-8 years of Instructional Design / e-Learning design/development experience
• 5-6 years of Adobe Creative Suite experience, namely Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere
• Follows an innovative, clean, intuitive, high-quality and creative approach to eLearning design
• Experience with Compliance training preferred but not required. Must be creative and have innovative ideas to execute impactful Compliance training solutions.
• Strong writing skills
• 5-10 years of experience using appropriate authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.) to efficiently deliver the content and responsive eLearning design
• 1-2 years of learning management system experience

Responsibilities:

• The e-Learning designer will be responsible for the execution of an enterprise-wide Compliance Training initiative by using different tools, strategies, programming, and creativity to make the established vision come to life, including the creation of highly impactful graphics, videos and animations.
