Job Description
Contract Administrator

Location:
Warrendale, PA

SUMMARY:

The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing the totality of the contracts process, including drafting and negotiation of contracts. The successful candidate will manage the process for all contracts from initiation through execution, in conjunction with the Fullsight Legal Team. The Contract Administrator will provide support to Fullsight, LLC and all affiliated companies (SAE International, Performance Review Institute, SAE Industry Technologies Consortium) and their respective business units across the US and globally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate communication with all parties to the contract.
  • Review and draft contracts, overseeing the administration of contracts and negotiating terms and conditions of contracts including, but not limited to, MOUs, NDAs, DPAs, CSAs, MSAs, licenses, amendments and all terms and conditions.
  • Recommend potential policy and process enhancements based on relevant experiences and outcomes.
  • Assess and analyze the impact of revisions to contracts and any risk, liability or other issues that may result.
  • Determine proper contract workflow in accordance with Fullsight standard operating procedures.
  • Review, update and manage all internal Fullsight contract templates.
  • Perform additional tasks as may be assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform duties in a responsible and ethical manner, while acting as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders.

EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE:
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and legal concepts, including their practical application in a business environment.
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree; JD preferred.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate contractual concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant transactional or contracts-based experience.
  • Possess excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
