Overview A Back Order Expeditor is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. They work with suppliers to ensure that back orders are filled and shipped to customers as quickly as possible. They also work with customer service representatives to ensure that customers are kept informed of the status of their orders. Detailed Job Description The Back Order Expeditor is responsible for managing the back order process from start to finish. This includes working with suppliers to ensure that back orders are filled and shipped to customers in a timely manner. They must also work with customer service representatives to ensure that customers are kept informed of the status of their orders. The Back Order Expeditor must also monitor inventory levels and ensure that back orders are filled in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a customer service or supply chain management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
