RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Set your section up with all garnishes, ramekins, sauces and other necessary items for service.
• Assist setting up the Expo Station with the CDC and/or Sous Chef
• Be a liaison between the FOH and BOH.
• Effectively communicate with BOH to ensure proper timing of course firing.
• Organize all To-Go/Delivery supplies.

• ALL ingredients and preparation methods of all menu items.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
• Ability to clearly describe all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Staying calm under pressure.
• Communicate all pertinent information necessary for the accurate timing and preparation of items from the FOH to the BOH.
• Communicate clearly and accurately to FOH and BOH Employees.
