Communicate all pertinent information necessary for the accurate timing and preparation of items from the FOH to the BOH.

1-3 years’ experience in order management

Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to work order management.

Monitor, manage, and resolve work order exceptions across multiple business functions.

Validate work orders are submitted to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and appropriate priority across multiple business functions.

Verify equipment model numbers are accurate. Secure approval to make applicable substitutions.

Confirm Supply Chain inventory availability (initial inventory check).

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

Up to one-year experience preferred

Sets up production area with required equipment or products prior to start of production

Transports items from the dishroom and storeroom and delivers to the food production and assembly areas as required by the operation

Works as a member of a team

Must have 1 year experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Associates Degree and 3 years experience or 5 years equivalent experience without a degree.

A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines

Confers with department supervisors to determine materials overdue and to inform them of location, availability, and condition of materials.

Locates and moves materials to specified production areas using cart or hand truck.

Records quantity and type of materials distributed and on hand.

Receives proper confirmation of purchase price and delivery date on all purchase orders sent to vendors.

Properly updates purchase order in the ERP system to reflect the order confirmation received from vendor.

Maintains and monitors data integrity in the ERP system for Purchasing team.

Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.

Understands and follows the corporation's policies and guidelines regarding the ethical conduct of purchasing activities.
