About The Job

We are looking to hire a full-time Content Production Coordinator for Madhappy.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of production within Madhappy’s Content Team. This role will serve as the point-person for all Madhappy campaign shoots. This role will report directly to our Social Media Manager.

You must be based in Los Angeles to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Marketing team on campaign budgets to maximize output for all shoots; manage content production budgets and handle invoicing for vendors
• Own content photoshoot sample process; align with production to review product delivery to ensure availability for shoots and eCommerce product photography, adjusting as needed based on timelines
• Post-Production (working with retouchers and photo team on timelines)
• Pre-Production (casting, photographer / videographer management, equipment / craft needs, photo assistant needs, any & all permitting needs, creating & dispersing call sheets)
• Become Madhappy’s primary contact for photographers, stylists, agencies, etc. while keeping Social Media Manager, Brand Marketing Team & Chief Creative Officer looped in as needed
• Manage content meetings to ensure detailed review of each project
• Collaborate with various teams within Madhappy including: marketing, design, special projects
• Produce all in-house projects and be the lead collaborator when working with an agency inclusive of:
• Production (serving as on-site liaison for all internal and external team members
• Participate in initial calls with potential creative & production partners to provide team’s vision for the project
• Support the Social Media Manager and Brand Marketing team with the management of content calendar (managing shoot schedule, delivery days, concept deadlines, and more)

Qualifications

About you

• Portfolio of previous work available for viewing
• Experience working with fast-growing, small companies or in a startup environment
• 2-4 years of experience in content production

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
