Production Coordinator Jobs

JF Brands is looking for a Production Coordinator.

As the Production Coordinator, you will work with the JF Brands Studio Production and Merch teams to help receive, check in, organize, and prep all incoming samples for photo shoots as well as assist the Production team with studio and photo shoot related responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role would be passionate about developing a career in ecomm/fashion production. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, deadline and result-driven, self-motivated and responsible. You must work well in a team setting and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This position will report to the Producer – JF Brands

What You Will Do

• Communicate with Merch and Design Teams on sample styling requirements and ensuring these notes are captured and shared with studio team
• Assist in receiving, checking-in, organizing, and prepping all incoming samples including footwear, apparel, handbags, jewelry and other accessories
• Act as a runner and coordinator to pick up supplies and invoice urgent checks to vendors
• Create monthly trackers for each showroom to ensure all products are being shot into in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of sample location at any given time
• Assist in the operation of photo shoots in studio and on location as needed
• Opportunity to lead the production of some in-studio shoots (pdp photography)
• Help run in-office quarterly Sample Sales and Giveaways
• Package and store samples on a monthly basis
• Provide production administrative and accounting support to the Production team

What You Can Bring

• 1+ years experience in the fashion industry, studio, on set environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be technically savvy, especially with Web Apps, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Docs, and Samples Tracking software
• Light lifting will be required
• Travel may be required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fasted paced environment

The hourly range for this position is from $28.85-32.69. The range provided includes the base salary that JF expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
