Onward Search needs a Production Coordinator for a video game company to join the team.

This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Production Coordinator you’ll:

• Manage day-to-day production of a support if needed; includes being the main point of contact for invoice and general information.
• Coordination in key areas such as product asset organization, localization submission, invoices, and cross-team collaboration.
• Providing support to the production and marketing teams in a variety of areas and through all phases of development

Skills & Experience needed:

• Experience in the gaming industry
• Experience with common project management & professional tools and software (Airtable, Excel, Slack)
• 2+ years of experience in production or logistics in live events environments or creative agency
• 2+ years of experience in production, event logistics, creative services
