Truly is a leading beauty company built around its industry-leading in-house creative team. We are looking for a Creative Production Coordinator to support in the creation of all company creatives and visual media. You will work directly with the Head of Creative to support the company across all digital channels (website, social media accounts, ads, etc). You will be part of a small and talented team. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about the creative industry.

What You’ll Do:
Support creative team in all company projects (social media, paid advertising, ecommerce)
Assist in the creation of all social media content and the operation of photo and video shoots in studio and on location, including but not limited to;
- Run errands as needed to pick up supplies, food, water, equipment, hard drives
- Scheduling models
- Organizing products
- Ensuring all teams have necessary equipment + supplies
- Assisting in prop selecting + organization
- Booking/scouting locations
Supporting post-production
- Managing all shoot invoices
- Selecting images/videos
- Editing photos such as retouching and color-correction
- Editing video content in a timely manner
Assist in receiving, checking-in, organizing, and prepping all incoming product samples and accessories
Cleaning + perfecting each studio room daily for shooting
What You’ll Need:
- Organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Travel throughout LA required
- Strong project management skills needed to hit tight deadlines
- You have strong experience in content creation and production processes— filming, editing, posting
- 1-2 years of experience working in a production or similar role, preferably on an internal creative team
- Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut & graphic design tools
- MUST be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to jump in and problem-solve
- Experience working with models and freelancers
- Act as a runner and coordinator to pick up supplies
