We are looking for aContent / Newsletter Strategistto own content for our small but mighty team. Content Strategy encompasses a whole ton and for us, it means serving as the voice, tone, and authority for all outgoing communications across our B2B + B2C marketplace - across all marketing e-mails, blog posts, and social channels - all with an eye toward building awareness for our platform and educating the Salesforce ecosystem on what a niche Freelancers Marketplace can offer.

As an enthusiast of how technical and business audiences procure and consume content of all types, you will work to help define our voice and begin develop content for our brand - with the specific intent of building out our Newsletter strategy and enabling our overall Demand Generation efforts.

You'll also help maintain the health of our digital presence by ensuring all social channels are up to date and we're consistently a part of the right conversations taking place across the Salesforce ecosystem. This position reports into our Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing:

• In collaboration with our Head of Marketing, maintain a content calendar, identify the proper types and channels and define an editorial calendar by topic, audience, type, and channel
• Identify, curate, and summarize news that delivers value to our audience
• Create and manage social posts (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter) and ongoing blog development
• Be nimble and experiment with formats and styles, measuring success and implementing new strategies
• Helm our weekly newsletter and launch additional digital properties
• Source content from SMEs in the Enterprise SaaS ecosystem
