:

• Experience with digital (web or mobile) projects.
• Bachelor's degree in related field such as communication, marketing or public relations preferred.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and how to prioritize activities across projects.
• Experience within the Agile methodology strongly preferred.
• Examine the content’s readability to ensure it reaches desired audiences in the desired manner
• Ability to work independently and communicate with multiple levels within the organization.
• Highly skilled at analyzing data/content and sorting relevant information while using excellent creativity and innovation skills
• Solid understanding of web development environments in order to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Works with all stakeholders and internal Digital Experience members to assess and interpret content including advertising copy, web content, translations, product description etc. for digital projects.
• Translate findings into insights that can drive understanding of how people are using our digital properties
• One to three years of experience with Adobe or similar product platforms for web content management
• Possesses strong language command and a penchant for vocabulary and grammar alongside aptitude to grasp and apply their acquired knowledge
• Experience in healthcare or health insurance industry a big plus
• Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
• Three (3) plus years of content analysis, copywriting or related field experience.
• Ability to analyze various content metrics to evaluate readability, purposefulness, expressions, and the content’s impact on the reader
• Proficiency in communicating complex concepts to varying audiences.
• Analyze digital content to ensure accuracy and check it, paying careful attention to grammar and facts
