Healthcare / Advocacy Content Marketer

Narcolepsy Network is the largest narcolepsy patient support and advocacy organization in the United States. We are seeking a full-time content marketer with hands-on experience producing creative assets for all social media platforms, websites, and email communications.
You will promote and strengthen the visibility of Narcolepsy Network, its programs, and key activities. You will engage with the narcolepsy community on social media. We are looking for a scrappy, results-oriented, self-starter who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and wearing a few other hats as needed.

Desired Skills
.• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to edit and update a website on the WordPress and Squarespace platforms
• Ability to create, edit, and produce print and digital materials using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Experience copyediting
• Experience producing monthly creative for social media
• Experience producing weekly creative assets for our email newsletter
• Ability to manage our social media presence, including managing a support group on Facebook
• Engage with the narcolepsy community on social media, in order to educate and engage with patients
• Ability to assist with production of webinars
• Manage the collection of patient stories
• Basic video editing skills in Apple iMovie

Qualifications
• 4+ Years of experience producing content across all digital platforms
• Experience in health care, science, social service or advocacy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player who is adaptable and works well in a small, fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to produce print and digital content
• Experienced in health, science or social service fields is a plus
