Content Designer Jobs

Our well-known retail client is seeking a content designer to join their team on a long-term contract. The content designer will be responsible for managing the layout and production of content and creative assets for all digital channels.

This position will operate on a hybrid schedule out of their headquarters based in Irving, TX. All McKinley positions include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist with other design needs as needed (i.e., image resizing and reformatting)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tools, software, and design trends in and outside of the industry
• Design for multiple digital content formats including social media graphics, infographics, gifs, newsletters, webpages, etc.
• Work with creative team to create visual aspects of content and creative with minimal edits or revisions
• Ensure alignment of the brand's visual voice when creating ideas and content
• Assist with multiple design projects at one time, and maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables

Requirements

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates an excellent eye for design, color, and typography
• Minimum three years of experience working primarily in digital media formats preferably within the retail industry
• Fluency in latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Excellent time management skills
