What You Will Do

• Merchandising POP design
• Print and digital advertisements
• QC marketing artwork process, including review and approval, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) related procedures.
• Deliver attractive product and application imagery for use in print and digital applications through Photoshop, on-location photography, and stock photography.
• Tradeshow booth design
• Ensure all design artwork delivered is accurate by meticulously proofing work and communicating with the Marketing Team throughout the design process.
• Product literature and technical documents
• Being an enthusiastic brand ambassador and a team motivator and collaborator
• Rebranding
• Catalogs, brochures, and flyers
• Design mockup & proposal presentations
• Packaging & label design; Packaging format & material determination support
• Logos
• As an in-house marketing graphic designer, generate branding and design concepts for various product solutions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Interact with marketing and product team to support and deliver a wide range of creative needs for the company, not limit to:

We’d Love To Have a Candidate With

• Well-versed in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to stakeholders
• Excellent level of typography, color, layout, and visual communication
• Excellent photo selection/editing skills
• Experience in marketing, copywriting and delivering proposals for project work
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of printer communication, and prepping files for printer release
• Portfolio: Must provide samples of work to be considered
• Ability to conduct design with understanding of product solutions, audience, and offering
• High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment; ability to absorb and respond to constructive feedback and turn projects around quickly when off course
• Two plus years of graphic related experience
• Ability to shoot product photography

Nice To Have, But Not Required

• Understanding of DAM (Digital Asset Management)
• Experience in Adobe Library
• B2B marketing design experience
• Video editing (Adobe Premiere), animation and motion graphics experience

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
