Graphic Designer Jobs

Milked Media is a female-led creative agency that specializes in content production, paid social, and email marketing for fashion, jewelry, beauty, and home e-commerce brands. We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer with experience working on both paid social ads and email marketing campaigns, preferably for e-commerce brands. Come join our team!

The Graphic Designer will design for email marketing and social ad campaigns working closely with our Creative Strategists. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for customer-focused design, is detail-oriented and organized, and has great knowledge of email marketing and social ad design principles.

• Collaborate effectively with team members across creative and strategy
• Contribute to mind-mapping, brainstorming, and interactive design discussions, and use clear communication skills to present design ideas to the team
• Work in a collaborative, iterative, and ad-hoc environment to bring new ideas and designs to life
• Design elevated customer-focused graphics for email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups that meet our clients' business, customer, and brand objectives
• Work closely with Creative Strategists to maintain and elevate the brand aesthetic and visual experience for each of Milked Media's clients.
• Work with the Client Experience Coordinator throughout the client approval process ensuring that all client revision requests are completed and accurate
• Design for Paid Social clients, including ad design and storyboards for video concepts
• Maintain each of our client's brand standards when executing designs

• Familiar with ad and email best practices and industry design trends
• Preferred experience in motion graphics design
• Proven ability to adapt design style based on the client's needs and unique branding/target audience
• 2+ years experience in email graphic design for e-commerce brands
• Extensive knowledge of digital formatting
• 2+ year experience in paid social ad design for e-commerce brands
• Able to manage multiple projects at once and complete tasks on time
• Familiar with our tech stack including Slack, Trello, Google Suite
• Proficient to advanced skill level in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator & Photoshop, with preferred experience in Premier
• Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail and organization
• Experience with Klaviyo, including designing for the platform
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks while also maintaining clear communications with other team members
