Sr. Graphic Designer Jobs

Job Summary

The Sr. Graphic Designer serves as the marketing team’s day to day design point, managing existing and collaborating on new initiatives such as webpages, presentation decks, collateral, video design, promotional products, event materials, and print design. This position will work in a highly collaborative environment and actively participate in design strategies and creation for our company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all brand, style, and UX/UI best practices are followed
• Conceptualize, plan and design marketing materials
• Work directly with other departments, managing their requests and fulfilling their needs
• Work directly with VP of Design and Interactive, the marking team, project managers and developers through the entire web process, from concept to completion
• Insure timely completion of deliverables
• Maintaining Style Guides across Realized Holdings Brands
• Hold discovery conversations and interpret needs in visual designs
• Contributing to the marketing team’s range of creative services

Required Education And Experience

• Ability to effectively manage junior designers and work with contracted creative agencies
• Strong design skills and knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout
• Familiar with HTML/CSS and relevant tools and web applications
• 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Experience with website, web animation, e-marketing, and collateral design
• General copy/creative writing, editing and proofreading experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Familiarity with Figma a plus
